Graphic Designer I

Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're seeking a Graphic Designer I in San Francisco Bay Area, CA to support and grow commercial mechanical operations across the region.
- Create clean, on-brand visuals that support sales and marketing.
- Help technical teams communicate clearly to customers.
- Support digital and print collateral across channels.
- Drive consistency across brand standards. Responsibilities:
- Design proposals, brochures, slide decks, and digital assets.
- Maintain brand guidelines and templates.
- Edit photos and produce simple motion graphics.
- Support trade show signage and event materials.
- Partner with marketing on campaigns and content.
- Manage source files and asset libraries.
- Hit deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
- Stay current on design tools and trends. Compensation and Logistics:
