SayGo Home Loans is a fully delegated, non-bank mortgage lender exclusively focused on mortgage originations. We specialize in conventional, FHA, and VA loan products.
What we are looking for...
SayGo is looking for a mortgage marketing specialist to build out and manage lead acquisition/nurturing in a consumer-direct refinance, call-center environment. This includes developing multi-channel strategies and building brand awareness.
Activities include:
-Mail data acquisition, optimization, and deployment
-Establishing SMS and email campaigns through Salesforce or integrated software
-SEO and reputation management
-Sourcing and managing new lead vendors for inbound and outbound campaigns
-Analysis and decisioning on lead performance and conversion
-Curating lead lists for outbound contact
-AI scripting and lead management
-Designing actionable reporting for senior management
Skills include:
-Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns
-Strong analytical proficiency
-Tech and AI savviness
-Excellent communication skills
-Well-versed in regulatory compliance
-Self-starter and operator
