Marketing Specialist

Tofel Dent Construction is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work with leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our multi-family and commercial construction services. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the construction industry. You will collaborate closely with project teams, business development, pre-construction and leadership to craft compelling content and campaigns that showcase our expertise and values. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels. Generate Proposal Responses for RFPs and maintain the company resume. Monitor public notices for potential project opportunities. Create engaging content including brochures, website copy, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts. Manage the company’s website and social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth. Coordinate events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives to promote the company. Track and report on marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media contacts. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the construction or related industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO, social media management, and email marketing software. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred but not required.
