The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of enterprise marketing and brand initiatives across Centuri and its operating companies. This role is responsible for event coordination, digital & marketing analytics support, and day‑to‑day marketing operations. This is a hands‑on execution role suited to someone who thrives on turning strategy into action, managing details with precision, and writing clear, professional content with consistency across multiple operating companies. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted working relationships across a matrixed organization and collaborate effectively across the organization to move work forward and earn brand buy‑in at every level. What You’ll Do Manage end‑to‑end logistics for trade shows, industry conferences, and customer‑facing events Coordinate vendor communications and contracts, venue logistics, registrations, promotional materials, shipping materials, and signage Build event timelines and run‑of‑show documents, serve as the internal event owner, and support on‑site booth and event setup as needed Ensure all event materials, booths, and collateral present a consistent One Centuri brand presence Manage event budgets, schedules, and project documentation and present post‑event reports Digital & Marketing Analytics Support Provide support to the Marketing Manager in multi‑channel marketing campaigns from brief through completion Monitor campaign performance and compile reporting summaries for review Support content alignment between external websites, social media accounts, and employee intranet Day‑to‑day Marketing Apply Centuri’s messaging framework and brand voice consistently across all written deliverables Manage branded premiums and collateral ordering, overseeing end‑to‑end process from ordering, shipping to billing as needed Maintain marketing asset libraries, templates, and content repositories Support Marketing Manager with marketing project management and cross‑functional coordination What You’ll Have Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred Familiarity with the utility, energy, construction, or infrastructure services sector is preferred Experience with design or presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Intranet/Sharepoint) 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, ideally within an industrial, infrastructure, or professional services environment Experience coordinating logistics for in‑person events, trade shows, or conferences Strong project‑management instincts, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and events simultaneously without losing track of details Excellent written communication skills, with experience adapting tone and content for different audiences and formats Proficiency with standard marketing and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, social media, project management platforms, email marketing platforms) A collaborative, detail‑oriented approach and comfort working independently in a remote environment What You’ll Get Competitive Compensation Package Including Bonuses Weekly Payroll Employee Discounts Robust Benefit Package including Medical, Dental, Vision and Wellness Benefits 401K With Company Match Voluntary Life & AD&D Insurance and Short‑Term and Long‑Term Disability Vacation/Sick Time and Paid Holidays Career Development Opportunities Work Environment Work is performed in an office and field environment Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no noticeli> Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds Legal Stuff Pass pre‑employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify Satisfactory results of pre‑employment background check results Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Our Commitment to Opportunity Centuri and its subsidiary companies will provide equal employment opportunities to all applicants without regard to an applicant’s race, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, age, veteran status, disability, or any other status protected by federal, state or local law.
