This position requires a blend of content marketing, digital marketing, project management, proposal development, and event planning skills to drive effective campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, adaptable to change, and highly detailed. With offices in Tucson, Phoenix, and Nogales, Arizona, we provide accounting, assurance, tax, and advisory services to U.S. and foreign-based entrepreneurs, organizations, and businesses. Why You'll Love This Role: Content Creation: Create engaging content for our website, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials. Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook to boost traffic and generate leads. Lead Management: Engage with prospects and clients using marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot. Proposal Development: Contribute to winning proposals by tailoring strategic responses to client RFPs. Event Planning: Organize and execute virtual and in-person events such as webinars, conferences, and client appreciation events. Segment Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to specific industry segments and service lines. What We're Looking For: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: At least 5 years in content marketing, digital marketing, and lead generation, preferably in a professional services or B2B environment. Skills: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with keen attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), marketing automation platforms, Microsoft Office 365, and project management software (e.g., Asana). Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Co-Pilot is a plus. Qualities: Excellent organizational and time management skills, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.
