If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Exec Oversight -onshore to join our team in Remote, Texas (US-TX), United States (US)."Key Responsibilities:• Create and execute project plans adapted to the client environment and scope.• Mentor clients, work on projects independently, participate as a team member, or lead teams of less experienced consultants and/or clients to successful project delivery.• Work and build client knowledge and credibility quickly (projects vary in length, lasting anywhere from a few weeks to several months).• Design and conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.• Execute the plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.• Proactively manage risk and influence others.• Develop a change leadership strategy based on situational awareness of changes and the groups impacted.• Identify potential risks and issues and anticipate points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.Basic Qualifications:• 7+ years of enterprise Project Management/Program Management experience supporting data related and/or digital transformation projects.• 7+ years of experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.• Preferred Skills:• 10+ years of enterprise Technical Program Management experience supporting data projects. • Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.• ""Big 4"" Management Consulting experience and/or multiple industry exposure.• Undergraduate or Graduate degree preferred "About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
