Location Speeders Car Wash 1471 Blackwood-Clementon Road, Clementon, NJ 08021 General Requirements Authorized to work in the U.S. 18 years of age or older 50+ Hour Work Week – Including Evenings and Weekends Advanced Computer Skills Mechanical aptitude or knowledge 4+ years of successful management experience Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus! Carwash experience to understand industry‑specific challenges and opportunities preferred Responsibilities Conduct reports on site-specific analytics and issues Participate in nationwide and regional initiatives Drive business for your site of operation Develop your team and manage corrective action Repair minor mechanical issues Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met Manage all fiscal responsibility for site Other duties as assigned $75,000 - $85,000 a year Base Pay + Operational Bonus + Profit Share #J-18808-Ljbffr
