RN Supervisor - Weekend Shifts

12 Hour shifts possible

WALK-IN interviews available on Wednesdays 12p-5p

The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at River Valley is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to lead our weekend nursing team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will supervise nursing staff, oversee daily operations on the unit, and ensure high standards of care are maintained. Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily operations on the unit

• Ensure policies and procedures are followed

• Support and mentor nursing staff, especially newer team members

• Monitor resident care and review medical records

• Address concerns from residents and their families

• Maintain proper medical supply levels for the unit

• Report updates and represent the unit to facility leadership

• Help maintain strong standards of care across the department

Requirements:

• Active RN License

• 2+ years of Long-Term Care experience

• 1+ year of Unit Manager or supervisory experience

• Basic computer skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills
