You’ll represent Brightspeed in a store-within-a-store retail setting, engaging customers, showcasing high-speed fiber internet solutions, and driving sales. Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work inside a high-traffic retail partner location representing Brightspeed products and services. This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities: Engage customers and promote Brightspeed Fiber and DirecTV products and services in a high-traffic retail location Execute sales strategies to attract new customers and grow market share Educate customers on the benefits of high-speed fiber internet and premium TV packages Deliver personalized service while building trust and long-term relationships Maintain compliance and uphold both the retailer’s and partner brands’ standards Consistently meet or exceed sales goals Retail Sales Associate Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (Required) 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred) At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets) Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed New to retail sales?
