Intern

Overview We are seeking college students and recent college graduates to join our Internship Program. This is a full‑time, paid position. Interns can be accommodated at most branch locations. Responsibilities You’ll be exposed to different aspects of the landscape industry including management, construction, tree care, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, plant identification, and crew management. A rotating schedule and learning objectives are clearly defined before you begin, allowing the Branch Manager, Intern Mentor, and you to develop a program that best suits your interests and the needs of the branch. You will be paired with an Account Manager (Mentor) who will act as your primary supervisor and provide ongoing feedback throughout the program. Professional development is an important component of the internship program; we also offer outside activities and networking opportunities, a speaker’s forum, and other learning opportunities. Requirements Major in Plant Science, Horticultural Sciences, Agriculture, Landscape Management, Urban Forestry, Agricultural Mechanization, Construction, Design or Architecture, or Business. Interest in learning all aspects of the landscape industry. Can‑do attitude and strong work ethic. Clean driving record. Strong communication skills.
