Account Manager for Janitorial Operations

What your future day will look like: Oversee janitorial and environmental services operations across multiple facilities, ensuring quality standards and customer expectations are achieved. Build strong client relationships while serving as the primary contact for operational performance and service delivery. Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline staff to maintain high levels of engagement and accountability. Conduct facility inspections, quality audits, and performance reviews to ensure service excellence. Manage labor, inventory, and operating expenses while identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements. Support reporting, special projects, business growth initiatives, and overall operational success. Strong knowledge of cleaning operations, quality inspections, safety compliance, employee development, and customer service best practices.
