Corporate Hiring Solutions (CHS) is recruiting a Commercial Sales Representative for a well-established construction company based in Greenville, South Carolina . This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with prior experience in commercial construction sales who can develop new business, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial construction market and the ability to identify, pursue, and close opportunities with general contractors, developers, property owners, and other commercial clients. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow commercial construction sales within the Greenville and surrounding markets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, contractors, and decision-makers
- Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and sales presentations
- Collaborate with internal project management and operations teams to support successful project execution
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts
- Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals
- Prior experience in commercial construction sales required
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction services, processes, and pricing
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Familiarity with the Greenville, SC commercial market preferred
- Competitive base salary
