Commercial Sales Representative - Construction

Position Overview

Corporate Hiring Solutions (CHS) is recruiting a Commercial Sales Representative for a well-established construction company based in Greenville, South Carolina . This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with prior experience in commercial construction sales who can develop new business, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial construction market and the ability to identify, pursue, and close opportunities with general contractors, developers, property owners, and other commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow commercial construction sales within the Greenville and surrounding markets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, contractors, and decision-makers
Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and sales presentations
Collaborate with internal project management and operations teams to support successful project execution
Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts
Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals

Qualifications

Prior experience in commercial construction sales required
Strong knowledge of commercial construction services, processes, and pricing
Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Familiarity with the Greenville, SC commercial market preferred
