Wellington Management
Wellington Management in Needham is seeking a Lead Salesforce Software Engineer to own Salesforce Sales Cloud and Force.com. This senior IC role combines hands-on development with architectural stewardship within the Client Platform Technology group.
You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring security, governance, and platform health across global client engagement and distribution.
