Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Independent Contractor (1099 or W2)

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, highly motivated, and self-driven Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will conduct diagnostic assessments, formulate treatment plans, and provide evidence-based psychotherapy to a diverse clinical caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and clinical diagnostic assessments.
• Provide individual, family, or couples therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or trauma-informed care).
• Develop, track, and update individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation (progress notes, intakes, treatment plans) in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Coordinate care with external healthcare providers, psychiatrists, and support networks when necessary.
• Participate in periodic peer consultations or clinical staff meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
• Licensure: Unrestricted, active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Florida (in good standing).
• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience providing direct therapy.
• High level of proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently with a strong commitment to ethical standards.
