Experienced Roofing Sales Pro

Job Overview Modern Exterior Systems is a leading exterior building systems provider in the Midwest, seeking experienced sales professionals to sell residential roof and exterior system products directly to homeowners and business clients. Key Responsibilities Work with homeowners to educate them on the claims process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims. Complete home inspections to verify exterior damage. Proactively communicate internally with the production team and with customers, ensuring an industry‑leading level of customer service. Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership. Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead‑tracking software, updating client information daily. Good communications skills and professional personal presentation. Able to follow up with appointment leads at various times during the day. Valid, active, clean driver’s license.
