We are seeking a highly organized and execution‑focused Contract Manager to support our Legal Department. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment and is comfortable leveraging contract lifecycle management (CLM) technology and AI‑enabled tools to drive efficiency, consistency, and speed in contracting processes. Reporting to the Director, Legal, you will play a key role in managing the full contract lifecycle while partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product and Engineering to enable scalable commercial growth. Manage a high volume of commercial agreements across the full contract lifecycle (intake, drafting, negotiation support, execution, renewal, and amendments) Draft, review and redline a range of contracts such as MSAs, DPAs, SOWs and Vendor/Supplier Agreements. Support rapid sales cycles by ensuring timely contract turnaround while maintaining appropriate risk controls Utilize CLM platforms and AI‑enabled tools to streamline contract review, redlining, workflow management, and reporting Track contractual obligations, key commercial terms, renewal timelines, and compliance requirements Provide solution‑oriented support to internal stakeholders and external clients to facilitate successful deal closure Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scalability and operational efficiency within the Commercial Legal function What You Offer... 3–5 years of experience in contract management AND commercial legal operations in B2B SaaS companies Paralegal or Law diploma/degree, or equivalent professional experience in contract management Demonstrated experience managing high‑volume contracting in a fast‑paced environment Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to exercise independent judgment and reprioritize based on evolving business needs Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems; experience with DocuSign CLM is considered a strong asset Experience leveraging AI tools or legal technology to improve contracting efficiency is an asset What We Offer...
