Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Follow our trusted door to deal sales processWork with an Industry leading team to sell new and used RVs with highest quality customer experienceConduct effective demonstration of unitsWorking knowledge of each product being soldClose sales effectively by working closely with F&I teamFollow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customerGenerate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue-generating practices to the team and organizationStay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventoryBe enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, employees, and managementAttend RV Shows and location events as neededQualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent is requiredLicense & Certifications: Valid driver's license and good driving record is requiredMust be able to obtain State Sales License if required by state regulationsExperience: A minimum of one year of RV sales experience is preferredAbilities: Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours, as required is essential.
