Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $3,170 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Waterloo, Iowa.

Job Description & Requirements

Float Pool | Med Surg / Telemetry / Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Required Certifications

• BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
• ACLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Iowa RN License or active Compact/Multistate License

Required Experience

• 24 Months Recent PCU/Stepdown/Med Surg/Telemetry Experience Required
• First-time travelers accepted with at least 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience administering and monitoring the following drips:
  • Heparin
  • Insulin
  • Lasix
  • Amiodarone
  • Diltiazem
  • Digoxin
• Must be comfortable and proficient interpreting cardiac rhythms, telemetry monitoring, rhythm strips, and dysrhythmias
• Epic EMR experience required

Float Requirements

• Required to float across:
  • Med Surg
  • Telemetry
  • Progressive Care
  • Behavioral Health
  • Emergency Department
  • Intensive Care Unit
  • Post-Procedural Areas
