About the Position

Job Title: RN Critical Care Profession: RN Specialty: Critical Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, NIHSS Must-Have: - Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS. - Minimum of 1 year of critical care experience. Description: This position requires working the night shift from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. The schedule includes every other weekend and holiday. You will be responsible for assessing and implementing patient care plans in a critical care setting. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Engaging with families and providing education on care procedures is expected. You will monitor and document patient condition and response to treatment. Critical thinking and quick decision-making skills are vital in this role. You should possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required. Focus on patient safety and adherence to policies and protocols is essential.
