Summary Goldbelt APEX is looking for a Contract Manager. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions Federal/DoD service contract management. Managing large, multidisciplinary professional services teams. Staffing, subcontractor management, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and customer relationship management. Strong executive communication and Government customer-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple functional teams simultaneously. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge Federal/DoD service contract management. Managing large, multidisciplinary professional services teams. Staffing, subcontractor management, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and customer relationship management. Strong executive communication and Government customer-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple functional teams simultaneously. Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated experience managing work comparable in complexity to the PWS. Ability to control, coordinate, and direct personnel and subcontractor performance.Strong written and oral communication. Must meet Tier 1 personnel security/onboarding requirements. Travel: Up to 20% Preferred Qualifications Current or recent DHA/PAE MP program experience. Current incumbent Contract Manager, Deputy PM, Task Manager, or senior Team Lead. Experience at Fort Detrick. DHA medical acquisition/product-development support experience. PMP or comparable project/program management certification. Experience managing 50+ FTE federal contracts.
