THE JOB:
As a Cook for Aria's Convention & Banquet, you will showcase your culinary skills while creating memorable experiences for our guests. With each dish, you'll bring flavor, precision, and passion to the table, all while delivering service with a welcoming smile. By understanding guest needs and exceeding expectations, you'll help craft WOW moments that last far beyond their stay with us. THE STARTING RATE: $26.6831 hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques
- Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
- Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
- Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
- Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
- Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service
- Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups
- Work as a team, assist all guests' needs and inquiries
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Cook preferred
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Formal Culinary training preferred
