This position’s responsibilities include drafting and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications in the fields of electrical engineering, computer science, and software‑implemented business methods; drafting and reviewing intellectual property and technology‑related agreements and licenses; and providing patentability, freedom to operate, and due diligence assessments. Qualifications Juris Doctor, higher degree, or equivalent in Law 7+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution in the electrical arts. Bachelor of Science or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Physics, or related degree and/or work experience Excellent academic credentials and exemplary research, writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure, multi‑task efficiently, and think independently. Licensed to practice law in California.
