Descripción del puesto:
Honey Biscuit está en busca de un(a) Cocinero(a) Principal comprometido(a) y con experiencia para liderar nuestro equipo de cocina. Este puesto requiere habilidades técnicas, liderazgo y una fuerte ética de trabajo.
Responsabilidades:
- Supervisar y mantener los estándares de calidad y presentación en la cocina
- Cocinar en la línea mínimo 5 días por semana , en todas las estaciones según sea necesario
- Tener disponibilidad para trabajar más de 40 horas semanales , incluyendo fines de semana
- Encargarse de los pedidos de cocina y mantener relaciones con los proveedores
- Encargarse del entrenamiento y la integración de nuevo personal de cocina
- Apoyar al equipo para garantizar un servicio rápido, organizado y de calidad
Requisitos:
- Experiencia previa como cocinero(a) líder o jefe de cocina
- Habilidad para crear y manejar horarios de cocina
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión en un entorno acelerado
- Disponibilidad completa incluyendo fines de semana
- Compromiso con la limpieza, seguridad alimentaria y excelencia culinaria
