One opening for Full-time, 1st shift Production Associate, assigned primarily to operate machine or assemble cushions using staple gun in the Upholstery Operations . These are permanent, direct hire positions. We currently employ approximately 60 team members at 2 growing locations in Jackson Center, OH and New Washington, OH and are celebrating our 79th anniversary.

Pay for the posted openings as follows: $19.53 full time bumped up to $21.04/hr within 6 months when meeting goals. NO ON-CALL. Standard 10 hour day shift begins at 5:30a and ends at 4:00p. 40 hour work week is Monday - Thursday. Until enough team members are hired, employees MAY be on extended hours to include half or full day Fridays. In the past year, MOST Fridays have been filled voluntarily.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring the quality of the product, and ensuring that all safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in a production environment, be able to work independently, and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Manufacturing Associate Responsibilities:

• Follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform quality control checks on products.
• Operate machinery in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Assist in the assembly of products.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Pack and label products for shipment.

Applicants must be 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED required. Seeking applicants with long term stay potential! Drug testing including THC is a condition of employment.
