Geriatrician Faculty Position - Department of Medicine

Our organization is on the lookout for a Geriatrician to enhance our expanding program within the Division of General Internal Medicine, Geriatrics & Palliative Care. This position presents a unique chance to provide outstanding geriatric care while also mentoring and educating the next generation of medical professionals.

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with specialized training in Geriatrics

• Qualified for medical licensure in South Carolina

• Passionate about teaching and engaging in academic medicine

• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

• Deliver comprehensive geriatric care, including inpatient consultations and outpatient services, with opportunities to branch into additional areas

• Instruct and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows

• Work alongside a committed, multidisciplinary team
