Role Description This is a full-time and a part-time on-site role for a Family Nurse Practitioner, based in Charleston, WV or St Albans, WV. The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide primary care services, manage acute and chronic conditions, and offer preventative health care. Key responsibilities include performing clinical assessments, formulating treatment plans, managing patient education, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team. The role also requires maintaining comprehensive medical records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
