Make a Difference as a Housekeeper at Meadowlark Join our team at Meadowlark, a local non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing senior lifestyles. As a full-time Housekeeper, you'll play a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. What You'll Do:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail in resident rooms, common areas, and/or facility spaces.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing exceptional service.
- Build positive relationships with residents through friendly and professional interactions.
- Full-time: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (80 hours/ 2 weeks)
- Part-time: Monday - Friday varies between 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM (25 hours/ 2 weeks)
- Physical capability to perform duties involving frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Pass background check and drug screening

- Perform a variety of cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces according to established procedures.
- Ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and properly handle cleaning chemicals.
- Promote a team-oriented environment through effective communication and collaboration with colleagues.
