Step into a rewarding contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year as a Speech Language Pathologist, serving students across two elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school. Located near Monroe, WA, this engaging onsite role offers the chance to collaborate with a supportive group of four other SLPs and one SLPA within a dynamic district team. The caseload is diverse, with a strong emphasis on conducting evaluations while providing vital services and interventions to students.
What You’ll Need:
Current WA Speech Language Pathologist License
Valid WA Educator Certification (ESA)
Experience or interest in the school setting serving a range of age groups
SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY status welcome
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and families
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
Conduct thorough student evaluations, interpreting results to inform intervention strategies
Develop and track individualized treatment or education plans in coordination with IEP teams
Maintain accurate, timely documentation according to school and state requirements
Partner with school staff and fellow SLPs/SLPA to share expertise and coordinate services
