Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at Pearl Nursing Center of Rochester LLC in Rochester, NY. As a RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring that our nursing staff provides exceptional service to our residents. Responsibilities: Supervise a team of nursing staff to ensure provision of high-quality patient care and adherence to established policies and procedures Conduct regular rounds to assess the quality of care and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with the nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor and manage patient flow to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures Provide education and training to nursing staff to enhance their knowledge and skills Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and staff performance Requirements: Current RN license in the state of New York Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a long-term care setting Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions in a crisis situation BLS & ACLS Strong knowledge of nursing best practices and current industry standards What We Offer: Competitive salary $50-$55/hour Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
