Solutions Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Solutions Architect in Altamonte Springs, FL.

Responsibilities:
* Solutions Architect will design and architect enterprise-scale data solutions from the ground up
* Lead data modeling, data warehousing, and data architecture initiatives
* Develop scalable frameworks for data quality, governance, auditing, and validation
* Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define data strategies and architectural roadmaps
* Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with organizational goals
* As a Solutions Architect, you will create architecture patterns that support automation, AI initiatives, and future-state data platforms
* Provide leadership and technical guidance around data integration, analytics, and reporting solutions
* Serve as a trusted advisor during solution design and architectural decision-making

Special Project Focus:
A key initiative for this role involves designing and implementing a metadata-driven automated audit framework capable of:
* Rapidly validating large datasets
* Comparing information against defined sources of truth
* Automating data quality and audit processes
* Supporting AI-driven and highly automated data environments
* Accelerating the organization's ability to assess data accuracy and integrity

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* Deep experience with: SQL; Snowflake; Traditional Data Warehousing; Data Modeling; Enterprise Data Architecture
* Experience working with data in a financial/healthcare setting

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
