Minsky's Pizza (Southwest Boulevard) is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our Front-of-House team as a Bartender/Server.

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to provide quality service to guests by making drinks (cocktails, mocktails, and more), attending to guests, and serving our award-winning menu with a variety of out-of-this-world gourmet pizzas, mouth-watering sandwiches, refreshing salads, and appetizers cooked to perfection.

Responsibilities -

Bartender Duties:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, mixed drinks, and mocktails, quickly and accurately.
• Engage with bar guests in a friendly, professional manner, taking food and drink orders.
• Check customer identification to ensure compliance with all legal drinking age requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including inventory, garnishes, ice, and glassware.
• Participate in light cleaning duties to help maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area.

Server Duties:

• Greet guests, present menus, and inform them of any daily/seasonal specials.
• Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS (point-of-sale) system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
• Handle guest payments (cash, credit, debit, gift card) and process transactions accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and other FOH staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Participate in light cleaning duties to help maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Qualifications -

• Previous experience as a Bartender, Server, OR in a high-volume restaurant setting is highly preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and safe alcohol service practices, OR a strong willingness to gain that knowledge (certifications such as ServSafe Alcohol are a plus).
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS Systems or Windows is a plus.
