Qualifications Proven experience in a service advisor or similar customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of automotive technology and repair processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
