What We Offer $14 / hour base pay Annual pay raises based on performances Career advancement opportunities Ability to earn paid vacation after 1 year of employment Fun, family work environment Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues Will participate in other sales, marketing and networking activities in addition to charitable move coordination as well as manage PR calendar All other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 100% drug free At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience Excellent customer service skills; effective listening and communication Friendly, positive voice, enjoys talking with others and assisting with their needs Strong computer skills Moving is stressful – join our team and help take the stress out of our customer’s day.
