Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders, providing assessment, individual, family, and group therapy remotely.

• Conduct thorough assessments using evidence-based screening tools and develop integrated and personalized care plans.
\n
• Utilize a strengths-based approach to empower clients in their recovery journey while ensuring respectful collaboration with client families and other healthcare providers.

• Monitor client progress and treatment outcomes, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
\n
• Facilitate crisis interventions when needed, exhibiting a calm and effective demeanor to help clients navigate critical situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with professional and healthcare guidelines.

• Participate in continuous improvement committees aimed at evaluating and enhancing service efficacy and quality.
\n
• Provide on-call support during assigned hours for critical situations requiring immediate intervention.

This role primarily serves clients facing diverse mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other severe emotional disorders. As a clinician at Bayfront, you will be instrumental in reducing stigma around mental health and supporting clients through their unique recovery processes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in California.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on developing rapport with clients.

• Strong organizational skills, enabling the management of multiple client cases simultaneously.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, valuing diverse perspectives.

• Competence in age-related and specialty issues related to the populations served.

• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and upholding the codes of conduct established by the organization.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a social work or mental health setting is required.

• Experience working with low-income populations or within community health clinics is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
