Farmers Insurance is seeking motivated individuals to join our Agency Leader Development Program , where you will develop the skills to grow a client portfolio, lead a team, and build a high-performing insurance operation with the support of a nationally recognized brand.

Through our program, youll receive training, mentorship, and financial support while developing the skills to build a high-income operation. Choose from 2 entry points - fast track, or learn from someone first!

What This Opportunity Looks Like

Income Potential: $250K+, UNCAPPED EARNINGS!
Training: Licensing support, professional leadership development, Award-winning University of Farmers platform, constant District support

What Youll Do

Develop and grow an insurance business serving individuals and families

Build strong client relationships through consultative sales

Offer solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance

Recruit, train, and lead team members as your business expands

Execute growth strategies with ongoing leadership support

Establish yourself as a trusted advisor within your community

Requirements

Support & Development

Comprehensive virtual and in-person training

Hands-on coaching from an experienced Farmers District team

Licensing support: Property, Casualty, Life, Health Licenses needed
