You may work from the following sites: Mounds View, Minnesota Fridley, Minnesota (OHQ) Rice Creek, Minnesota Boston, Massachusetts Lafayette, Colorado Irvine, California (UCI) Jacksonville, Florida Fort Worth, Texas Memphis, Tennessee This role will require 10% travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects. Responsibilities Coordinate assigned IT projects or project workstreams under the direction of a senior project manager or program lead. Support project execution across the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and close‑out activities. Maintain project plans, schedules, action logs, and documentation. Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables; escalates risks and issues as needed. Maintain project budgets, resource coordination, and vendor coordination. Prepare status reports, meeting materials, and project communications. Facilitate project meetings and follow up on action items. Ensure compliance with Medtronic IT standards, quality system procedures, and project governance processes. Collaborate with cross‑functional team members to support successful project outcomes. Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 0+ years of experience with an advanced degree Preferred Qualifications Previous Medtronic experience Experience supporting IT projects in a matrixed organization Familiarity with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Excel) Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification (or interest in pursuing) is a plus For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
