5+ years of commercial HVAC and general maintenance experience EPA Universal Certification required Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, and building maintenance Ability to read schematics and work independently in the field Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs regularly; work in indoor/outdoor environments Ability to climb, bend, and work around mechanical systems

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC systems (package units, split systems, boilers)
• Diagnose and service mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• Inspect and repair components such as compressors, motors, belts, and electrical circuits
• Handle refrigerant systems in compliance with EPA standards
• Complete minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Use mobile technology to manage work orders, service reports, and inspections
• Travel locally between customer sites and maintain strong client relationships
