• Own preventive maintenance: inspect, monitor, test, and document equipment health.
• Break/fix like a pro: dismantle defective machines; install new or refurbished parts.
• Keep motion smooth: clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and moving assemblies.
• Run clean utilities: assemble/install pipe systems; maintain hydraulics and pneumatics; service gauges, valves, and pressure regulators.
• Master the line: learn each machine’s operating procedures to ensure reliable performance.
• Work safe: follow LOTO and all safety rules; maintain an orderly, hazard‑free area.
• Change it up: execute quick, accurate line changeovers and set dilution systems to spec.
• Communicate fast: flag issues to Production and Plant Managers; troubleshoot and help teammates resolve problems quickly.
• Pitch in on other assigned tasks as needed.

• Title: Maintenance Mechanic I
• Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm (OT as required)
• Pay: $30–$32/hour DOE + $5,000 sign‑on bonus

• High School Diploma or GED (technical certification preferred)
• 2+ years maintaining, repairing, and installing industrial equipment in manufacturing
• Clear communicator who performs well on the plant floor
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities
• Time management, organization, ability to multitask and pivot with priorities
• Nice-to-have: farming equipment and/or automotive mechanic experience

• 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems
• Industrial electrical troubleshooting
• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
• Equipment repair & maintenance fundamentals

• Wrapping machines
• VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives)
• Palletizers
• Conveyor systems
