Account Executive

Job Description Responsibilities: Generate and close new business opportunities to fuel the Retain customer pipeline. Work closely with the Head of Business Development to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business. Prospect into cold accounts and warm leads at some of the largest SaaS and professional services companies. Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in target accounts. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas of closed-won opportunities. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: People not afraid to take a risk and are comfortable with the ambiguity of a startup environment. Individuals who are excited about SaaS, big data, and artificial intelligence. Self-starters with track records of success in their professional and personal or collegiate lives. Someone who acquires more skills and takes on more responsibility as the company’s growth accelerates. Demonstrated ability to receive and incorporate feedback (e.g., athletics / e-sports). Requirements: 2 - 4years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (SDR and/or AE experience highly preferred). Ability to understand customer requirements and identify potential Retain solutions to fulfill requirements. Excellent written skills and naturally articulate. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Extremely Flexible. Able to tackle anything that comes your way. Should be easy to get along with, nice, fun, smart, ethical, and low-maintenance. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
