Pay & Benefits
- $23.00 - $33.00 per hour , based on your experience and abilities
- Up to $2,000 sign-on bonus
- Available overtime pay

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with occasional overtime and rotational evening assignments as needed.
Role Highlights
- Install top-quality residential and light commercial HVAC systems to company specifications
- Provide outstanding service and communication to every customer
- Support, guide, and help develop less experienced installers on the team
- Read wiring diagrams, perform system air balancing, and complete sheet metal fabrication
- Balance independent work with strong teamwork in a positive environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of documented residential HVAC installation experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with no DUI or reckless driving violations in the past 5 years
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Universal EPA Certification
- Solid customer service abilities and readiness to take on leadership tasks
- Willingness to obtain low voltage license within 2 years and NATE certifications within 1 year
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- HVAC technical school certificate or formal training
- Personal toolbox and professional tools
- Clean, insurable driving record
- Troubleshooting experience
- Dependable, positive attitude with excellent attendance
