Portfolio Analyst

Serving as a critical link between Firm management and the Revenue team, the full-time Portfolio Analyst will oversee collection efforts for assigned Managing Directors' portfolios, focusing on aged accounts while collaborating with Revenue Specialists and A/R teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Oversee collection efforts for assigned Managing Directors, ensuring compliance with A/R and escalation policies Prepare and present recommendations regarding aged accounts to Managing Directors and document decisions for execution Compile and analyze portfolio-level reporting with an emphasis on aged and at-risk balances, sharing insights with leadership Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred 3+ years of experience in revenue, accounts receivable, billing, or financial analysis, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, with experience in A/R systems preferred Ability to present financial information and recommendations clearly to senior leadership Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple portfolios and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
