We're looking for a Sous Chef who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and knows how to balance great food, strong leadership, and disciplined execution. You'll work alongside an experienced Executive Chef, help lead a talented BOH team, and play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience every day.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the Executive Chef to drive daily kitchen operations, quality, and execution
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing BOH team
• Deliver consistently excellent food, presentation, and ticket execution
• Work closely with FOH leadership to create a seamless guest experience
• Support food cost, inventory, ordering, scheduling, and kitchen systems
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety
• Set the pace during busy services and lead from the floor

What You Bring

• Current or recent kitchen management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• A passion for great food, hospitality, and developing people
• Strong BOH leadership and coaching skills
• Confidence operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen
• Solid knowledge of food cost, inventory, kitchen systems, and operational standards
• A track record of career progression and increasing leadership responsibility
