Senior Auto Adjuster Complex Non-Injury - Phoenix, AZ

Position Summary Our company is seeking a Senior Auto Adjuster - Non-Injury to manage complex auto claims end-to-end, ensuring compliance with state regulations while delivering best-in-class customer service through clear communication, sound judgment, and empathy. Key Responsibilities Handle highly complex non-injury auto claims, including coverage analysis, liability determination, physical damage, and total loss settlements. Conduct detailed investigations (police reports, statements, loss history) and evaluate claims in compliance with regulatory standards. Negotiate settlements within authority limits, including comparative negligence and storage charges. Identify coverage issues and initiate SIU referrals when needed. Document investigations, evaluations, and settlement decisions accurately. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive timely resolutions. Support CAT response operations, including on-call duties and potential travel as required. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience. At least 2 years handling low to moderately complex non-injury auto liability claims. Active Adjuster's License (or ability to obtain within 90 days). Strong knowledge of auto liability coverage, state laws, and claims handling processes. Proven skills in investigation, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Experience with multi-vehicle and comparative negligence claims. Guidewire Claims Center experience.
