The Opportunity

Our agents come from many backgrounds, including business ownership, hospitality, retail, automotive sales, customer service, and professional sales.

No insurance experience is required. We provide training, a proven sales system, coaching, and field support. You should be comfortable working independently, managing your time, following a system, hearing “no,” and continuing forward.

What You'll Do

• Present supplemental insurance products to individuals, businesses, and employee groups
• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Prospect for customers and business opportunities
• Conduct appointments and follow up with prospects
• Work toward activity and production goals
• Answer client questions and resolve concerns
• Generate referrals and repeat opportunities
• Develop your sales, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–4 years of outside sales experience preferred, but not required
• Experience in B2B sales, customer service, business ownership, hospitality, retail, or another performance-driven field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain required licensing
