Senior CMBS Analyst - CRE Credit & Valuation

Fitch Ratings is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) group in New York or Chicago. The role involves identifying credit strengths and risks of CRE properties and loan structures within US and Canada, using quantitative analysis to evaluate property trends, and communicating rating conclusions to the credit committee.
