The FP&A Analyst works closely with the FP&A Manager to provide analysis and execute changes as needed to maximize profitability and productivity.Reports directly to the FP&A Manager.Supports the FP&A Manager with in-depth analysis related to costs, labor, margins, operational expenses, and sales performance on a daily basisWorks with FP&A Manager to create reports tailored to the needs of the FP&A Department and Store ManagementSupports with inventory entry and overall inventory managementSupports occasionally with FP&A-related activities in the store, which include inventory counts and invoice processingCollaborates with senior leaders to develop resourceful and creative approaches to improving efficiencies and profit margins to improve Return on Investment (ROI) in all areas of operationsEducates and trains team members on processes and procedures, ensuring smooth adoption and complianceSupports FP&A Manager in training team members on Eataly’s in-house sales database, Excel, and PowerPointPerforms other duties as required or assignedQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or MathematicsDemonstrated success in financial modelingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsData-driven mindsetMicrosoft Excel and PowerPoint skills preferredFamiliarity with databases, automation or business intelligence preferredPassion for and interest in Italian food is a plusAnnual Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000Additional InformationBenefits and PerksMedical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Parental Leave401K with match or RRSPBonus programFree family meal dailyDiscounts at EatalyClasses on products and Italian cuisineReferral bonus programand more!Eataly is an equal employment opportunity employer.
