Space Base Delta 41 Front Office Leader CoordinatorServes as a key leader coordinator for the Space Base Delta 41 Front Office, establishes, coordinates, and integrates the Delta's key leaders' calendars to ensure there is a synchronization of Delta-wide events that involve the Commander, Deputy Commanders, Command Chiefs, and Director of Staff.Serves as Secretary to the Commander of SBD 41 and provides administrative support to the Deputy Commander and Director of Staff. Provides a wide variety of recurring and nonrecurring reports, schedules, correspondence and other documents from information obtained from the staff, files, and other sources. Analyzes requirements to ensure critical information is available when required.Receives telephone calls, greets visitors, and ascertains the nature of the calls or visits. Based upon knowledge of the organization and its programs and operations, determines appropriate action.Works directly with the SBD 41 staff and subordinate organizations ensuring compliance with administrative practices and procedures including flow of communications, delegation of authority, correspondence routing, and management of official files and records.
