You will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing Smartsheet-based solutions, and ensuring their effective ongoing use and support. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business objectives into functional system designs and user stories. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements for Smartsheet solutions. Design and map business processes within Smartsheet. Develop user stories for development teams. Manage and resolve ITSM tickets related to Smartsheet. Provide end-user training and support for Smartsheet applications. Must-Have Skills Proven experience developing Smartsheet solutions. Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
