Business Systems Analyst

Detailed Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience working on the Workday platform with Business Systems Analyst / Development experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in a support role.
- Strong experience with Workday project implementations and Workday integrations platform , including integrations with ERP and third-party applications.
- Hands-on experience with configuration of new and existing Workday features, including user management, roles/profiles, permissions, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, calculated fields, condition rules, validations, business processes, and notifications.
- Experience working with business end users, gathering requirements, and building detailed functional design specifications.
- Workday Pro Certifications - Integrations and HCM preferred.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision or guidance.
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, interpersonal, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability to work with non-technical end users.
