Location: 249 BENEDICT AVE, NORWALK, OH, 44857 This position is for a General Manager in Training. Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. The General Manager role is vital to the operations within the restaurant because you’ll: Lead the experience: Manage all aspects within the restaurant, including profit, food production, scheduling, guest experience and direct crew and manager responsibilities Plan for success: Proactively lead and manage all People processes including but not limited to: Recruiting, Hiring, Onboarding, Performance Management, Training, coaching and motivating!
